I am Retha van Rooyen.
I started in management consulting, with big teams, big budgets, and someone else's priorities. In 2016 I walked away to buy property instead.
In 2020, as COVID shut the country down, I founded My Student House, because I had already watched too many landlords walk into student accommodation without understanding NSFAS accreditation until it was too late. That is still the gap I fill, for the landlords I manage and the ones I teach.
