This community was created to support all SMALL student accommodation landlords that house NSFAS and private students. Hundreds of landlords have approached us to help with their challenges.

It is a NON-PROFIT organisation and we help landlords:

1. Getting accredited and paid by NSFAS has increased in complexity due to the implementation of the NSFAS direct payment system pilot.
2. Grading of properties for accreditation has been complex and a bit of a hit-and-miss for many landlords - Getting C grades for their best properties.
3. Some landlords are worried about getting accredited due to municipal zoning and other regulatory requirements. 
4. Finding students have become challenging in some areas due to over supply of properties.
5. Landlords need a calculator to have the right amenities for accreditation
6. Management and implementing of houserules are problematic

We have been part of the pilot project across multiple provinces, TVET colleges and Universities.

We have been involved in over 50 accreditations with NSFAS and various universities directly and have a detailed understanding of requirements. 

We have managed more than 8000 students over the last 3 years.
